The Overwatch Halloween Terror 2021 event is scarier than the Overwatch League's off-season.
The Draugr Reinhardt and Vampire Bat Echo cosmetics will be accompanied by a new Halloween-themed Brigitte skin, reminiscent of a cross between a vampire hunter and a Death Knight from World of Warcraft. Brigitte's shimmering bright colors have been replaced with a much darker overall outfit that Van Helsing would have liked, featuring an old wooden shield.
The new Brigitte skin, with skulls adorning her shoulder pads, knee pads, flail, shield, and backpack carrying the Rally flag, only crushes the Reaper in terms of skull quantity. She has paler skin and a new ghostly white hairstyle. The rally flag is a neon, poisonous green instead of a bright, heroic yellow.
Brigitte's spooky and daunting new look will be available from October 12 to November 2 as part of the Halloween Terror event. Similar to previous holiday-themed events, Overwatch players will be able to unlock new skins as part of a series of weekly challenges.
