“You waited and now the Egyptian winds are calling you…” Ubisoft tweeted.
Origins launches for Xbox Game Pass on June 1, so Series X|S members can take advantage of the update that adds 60fps support to play the game at higher framerates than before. Before this announcement, Ubisoft said that a 60fps update would come for Origins, but there was no clear date. Now we finally know when it will come.
Assassin's Creed Valhalla, the newest game in the main series, already supports 5fps on PS60 and Xbox Series X|S.
Looking ahead, Ubisoft has not announced any new Assassin's Creed games for 2022. However, a smaller-scale Assassin's Creed game featuring Basim from Valhalla will reportedly launch in 2022 or 2023. It is said that Ubisoft has a lot planned after that. The larger game, codenamed Assassin's Creed Infinity, is also included in these plans!
