ClashMSTRS 2022 is bigger than ever with a $50.000 prize pool. The tournament is now an official community event for the Clash of Clans World Championship 2022, and the winner will receive a Golden Ticket that earns them a spot at the 2022 World Championship Finals.
ClashMSTRS, registrations are now open! There will be three separate qualifiers that will have a single qualifier format. The top eight teams in each elimination will receive qualification points.
After all three eliminations, the top four teams with the most qualification points will advance to the ClashMSTRS qualifiers. Teams ranked fifth to eighth will move on to play-ins. The first qualifier will begin on April 27.
After the open qualifiers, an LCQ with a double elimination format will take place. From here, the top four teams will go to play-ins. In the play-ins, the four teams from the open qualifiers will choose their opponents from the teams that qualify from the LCQ. The winner of each of these matches will advance to the playoffs.
The playoffs will be the final destination for the teams in ClashMSTRS 2022. It was divided into a group stage and a final. In the group stage, the eight teams were split into two groups of four teams each. They will compete in the double elimination system and the top two teams from each group will qualify for the finals.
The finals will have a single qualifying group that includes the semi-finals and the grand finals. Each match will be in Bo2 format. The winner will go with $10.000 and a Gold Ticket to the Clash of Clans World Championship Finals 2022.
So far, only one team has qualified for the World Championship Finals. X Team Esports won the Queso Cup Golden Edition earlier this month to book the event. Supercell is working with four community tournaments to distribute as many Golden Tickets as possible in 2022. The remaining four tickets will be distributed during the in-game 'Six Weeks of Clash Mayhem' event in August. The World Championship Finals are scheduled to take place at an undisclosed venue from September 23-25.
