Players can start collecting clothing scraps from shipwrecks this week.
Grand Theft Auto Online's latest update seems to pay homage to the original high-end criminal hackers. Along with the usual discounts, bonuses, and a new vehicle to purchase, players can find shipwrecks on the game's shores this week with remnants of clothing that can be combined with an old-timey outfit.
Shipwrecks!
Notable additions to GTA Online this week are the shipwrecks that have appeared off the coast of Los Santos. There are treasures and clothing scraps inside, and although we don't know exactly what the treasures are or what they look like, the seven pieces of scraps can eventually be combined to create a new outfit. Players can find one shipwreck per day, and shipwrecks spawn in different locations every day.
Fresh Wheels!
Rockstar is restoring another classic car from Grand Theft Auto history this week for release in GTA Online. Players can purchase the Karin Sultan RS Classic from Southern San Andreas Super Autos starting today. Players who like to gamble for their rides can get the Vapid GB200 by spinning the Lucky Wheel at Diamond Casino & Resort this week. Annis Euro is also awarded to all top two finishers in the Pursuit Series races for four consecutive days.
Three cars are available on the test track for players to try out, including the newly added Karin Sultan RS Classic, the just-announced Ubermacht Cypher, and the Obey Tailgater S.
Extra Rewards in General!
No matter how players choose to make a living in GTA Online, they will likely look forward to the extra payouts this week. Players who own an Auto Shop and complete any Auto Shop Customer Job will receive double the cash and XP as players who complete the Lester Contract Missions.
If going fast and getting plenty of air sounds more fun, players can also earn extra cash and XP by completing Stunt Races. However, there is a caveat to this offer. The only races that qualify for bonus payouts are races released this year.
