MerchantsAllows you to buy and sell pallets and materials, but you have to find them first. Traveling Merchants can be found all over the map, but they do not have to travel. You can actually catch them. Here's how to catch and use Merchants while playing Palworld.
How to Catch and Where to Find Palworld Merchants?
You can also capture Merchants in Palworld, like Pals, by fighting a Merchant, lowering their health, and throwing a Pal Orb at them. However, the rate of catching Merchants is very low. Giga Spheres, Hyper Spheres, and more provide greater success when trying to capture one of these NPCs.
Above are all static Merchants locations currently on the Palworld map. Here are the coordinates for reference:
73, -486 | -480, 745 | 180, -620 | 35, -418 | -789, -629 |
72, -527 | 185, 73 | -188, -601 | 496, 340 | -606, -234 |

How to Use Merchants NPCs in Your Base?
Once you capture a Merchant, add him to your base like any other Pal. You can then talk to them and trade as you normally would. This means you no longer have to leave your base to buy items or Pals.
If the vendor doesn't have the items or Pals you want, you can put them back into the Palbox and take them out again. Each time you do this, their inventory changes. This is my favorite way to get new and rare Pals from Pal Merchants NPCs.
This is how you can capture and use Merchants while playing Palworld.
