While the Reden Evil fan-favorite character is definitely qualified enough to be an operator in his own right, fans will have to settle for Leon as an elite operator skin pack for the current playable character Lion.
Leon's iconic appearance in Resident Evil 4 (except for his cool jacket), the Lion's Leon suit has all the essentials to fight zombies: a tight undershirt, a knife, fancy weapon covers, and lots of ammo bags. The character's drone will also get a new look as part of this pack, as Lion's unique ability is a drone that can be used three times per turn to reveal the positions of moving enemies.
The Elite skin pack includes hood, uniform, victory animation, drone gadget skin, talisman and weapon skins for V308, 417, SG-CQB, P9 and LFP86.
This isn't the first pass of Rainbow Six and Resident Evil. Earlier this year, Ubisoft added a Jill Valentine appearance for operator Zofia in which Jill from Resident Evil is wearing the STARS uniform. We can only hope that Resident Evil Village's Chris Redfield will be next.
Leon was last seen in Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness, the new CGI exclusive to Netflix set between the events of Resident Evil 4 and 5.
