After a few screenshots from the Chinese beta of VALORANT Mobile have leaked, a new gameplay video has also arrived to give you an idea of what FPS gameplay on mobile will feel like.
In a 21-second clip released by DannyINTEL, Jett is seen wandering the Ascent and taking down an enemy with the Classic pistol. The map and overall gameplay look identical to the PC version of VAORANT, and the controls look really responsive, which is a positive indicator for fans waiting for the game's release.
Other agents seen in the clip are Killjoy, Skye, Sova, Reyna, Breach, and Phoenix. Jett's three abilities look the same on mobile. The clip does not show the gameplay of another agent.
Another clip released by DannyINTEL showed the character selection menu and HUD layout in VALORANT Mobile. The loading screen and character selection are different from the PC version. However, Riot may make changes to these in the future. The HUD is fully customizable and, predictably, players will need to navigate many onscreen buttons to effectively use their abilities and shoot enemies.
VALORANT Mobile was announced by Riot on June 2, 2021, the first anniversary of the shooter's PC release. A release date has not yet been announced for the game. Fans can wait for a testing period before the game's global release.
