Amid current world events revolving around the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Valve has decided to indefinitely postpone the upcoming 2022 Dota Pro Circuit Spring Tour for teams in Eastern Europe.
This news comes from the region's DPC promoter, EPICENTER, confirming that Valve has taken the decision internally ahead of the regional league open qualifiers this week and next week for teams in the region.
“We have been informed by Valve that the DPC Eastern Europe Spring Tour has been postponed indefinitely,” EPICENTER said. “We'll be back soon with details on the new start dates for the open qualifiers and the main part of the regional tournament.” Additional details regarding the EEU's Spring Round program will be shared in the near future. Other regions are already hosting qualifiers and are gearing up to launch the next episode of DPC in two weeks.
