Call of Duty: Warzone 2 players will rain cash in the second season.
Infinity Ward and Raven Software have announced changes to the cash economy in Warzone 2 with the second season update, in response to a change that has been much requested by players since the game's release in November.
The companies said there will be “more lootable cash” in Al Mazrah and that prices at all battle royale buy stations are “balanced so you can get more bang for your buck”. confirmed. In short, there will be more money to be found and items will be slightly cheaper, which is sure to get all players excited already.
For months, players have complained that there isn't enough ground loot on the map, especially given Warzone 2's loading screen issues and higher price tags. Both of these will change soon and will surely make many players happier than they are currently feeling.
Infinity Ward and Raven have been releasing teasers for their second season update for weeks before confirming a return to the one-on-one Gulags and reverting the loot system to allow items to spawn from killed enemies and loot boxes like they used to in Warzone 1.
Warzone 2's big update will go live on February 15th with the launch of the second season.
