Leaked Icebox changes: First look
If these changes are true, defenders are given even more leeway to hold their ground on the B side of the map. With the window allowing them to close midi with longer ranged weapons in B Tube, preventing the Attack Party from getting any nasty spawn kills with the chest added to the Spawn Point, and the removal of the green chest in B Green, defending VALORANT players can lock down zones much more effectively.
The B Orange change is also important because both VALORANT attackers and defenders have to worry less about a path to the spike area. Overall these changes will make room for more duels in the middle as well as increased movement towards zone A, especially if no changes are made to that side of the map.
