Along with announcing the second wave of upcoming games from Xbox Game Pass in April, Xbox announced that Assassin's Creed Origins and For Honor: Marching Fire Edition will be coming to Game Pass in the near future.

Both games will be coming to Game Pass in the next two months, according to an Xbox Wire blog post. 2017's Assassin's Creed Origins will be the first Assassin's Creed game to join the game subscription service.

For Honor Marching Fire Edition will be added to PC Game Pass via Ubisoft Connect. For Honor's base game is already available on Game Pass, so the Marching Fire Edition will be a free upgrade option for those using Game Pass on your console or via the cloud.

Both Assassin's Creed Origins and For Honor: Marching Fire Edition will arrive on Xbox Game Pass in June. This has been confirmed in the 'coming soon' section of the Xbox Game Pass app on consoles, showing that Assassin's Creed Origins' release date is June 7, while For Honor: Marching Fire Edition will launch on June 1.

This news comes after Ubisoft released one of their newest games, Rainbow Six Extraction, on day one of the Xbox Game Pass launch in January. Ubisoft also confirmed that it is working on 60FPS support for Origins last year, but there's no word on whether that will be ready when the game comes to Game Pass.

We also know of a few more games that will launch in May. This includes Trek to Yomi on May 5 and Sniper Elite 26 on May 5. Games coming to Game Pass this month include Bugsnax, 7 Day to Die, MLB The Show 22, Life is Strange True Colors and more.
