A few surprises to discuss for this season…
The full Call of Duty Challengers 2022 schedule has reportedly been leaked online, marking the start of the season in January. An image of the program allegedly leaked from Activision began circulating on social media earlier today. Sources have confirmed the accuracy of the image to Dot Esports.
The first official Call of Duty Elite Series will launch in late January and February. The picture doesn't specify the official date for each Elite Series, but according to the previous schedule, the first Elite Qualifier will likely start close to January 26th, with the series kicking off around January 31st.
According to the leaked document, Call of Duty Challengers Open No. 1 will reportedly run from February 25th to February 28th, an indication that the event – and all upcoming Openings – could be in person.
In addition to the schedule, there is a tournament called “Mid Season Classic”, which has not been added in previous seasons. According to the document, the Midseason Classic is scheduled to run from April 29 to May 1, and is also a face-to-face event.
Finally, players can find the Call of Duty Challengers Finals to be hosted from August 12 to August 14. All suggested dates according to the document are here. Elite Series dates are estimates from last season's schedule as they are not indicated in the image.
