Patch 1.0 of eFootball will be released on April 14!

Konami is finally releasing the full version of eFootball on April 14th with a new patch set to fix bugs and add new features that many have been waiting for since last year.

Patch 1.0 promises to transform the game from what Konami says is a "demo" to the first full-fledged version of the new football franchise.

on the eFootball website blog In his post, he said that the development team is working hard to “regain the trust” of players and are receiving feedback to fix bugs, improve online gameplay and add new game mechanics.

One of the most notable additions comes in Dream Team mode, formerly called Creative Team, which allows players to assemble the perfect team by bringing together a mix of their own players and real-life football stars.

Various changes will also be made to the gameplay of eFootball. Konami promised to make defense overall more intuitive, and also added commands for shoulder slams, presses, and a one-on-one match option (mainly the L2 button in FIFA).

The pass has also been overhauled, the game mechanics will now make smarter decisions, and Konami has added a "striking pass" command for a bit of finesse.

Shooting has also been changed, with Konami adding a variety of shooting styles to suit different situations, and dribbling has also been overhauled to be more responsive.
