ESL, one of the world's largest esports tournament organizers, today announced its new #GGFORALL initiative. This initiative aims to provide stability and support to the women's CS:GO scene with a new women's community and talent development program, as well as online regional leagues going to an offline LAN final.

The foundation of the #GGFORALL initiative is the 2022 CS:GO Women's Track. This round includes $500.000 in prize money, online regional leagues for both European and North American teams, and two Global League Finals at DreamHack Dallas and DreamHack Winter (early June and late November).

Additional competitions for women's teams will be added in July at various independent events such as DreamHack Valencia, women-only ESEA Cash Cups, and smaller online tournaments.

ESL says one of the main points of discussion will be how the winners of the women's race will be integrated into the ESL Pro Tour.

The #GGFORALL initiative is reminiscent of the GameChangers program launched and run by Riot Games to grow and sustain the women's VALORANT scene. Similarly, ESL aims not only to provide more infrastructure, but also to provide a growth-promoting toxicity or harassment-free environment.

The first division of the NA and EU women's league will start in March and will run until May. The first league final will be held at DreamHack Dallas in early June.
