The Fortnitemares trophy does things a little differently.
Fortnitemares Cup will turn things upside down in competitive mode. On Thursday, Epic Games announced the all-new, first-of-its-kind PvE tournament for Fortnite. Instead of facing other human players, you will fight against AI-controlled zombies in the crowd attack style mode.
I've really enjoyed playing Horde Rush mod in the past. The way it blends typical crowd mode gameplay with a Fortnite twist (especially storm circle) is always fun and forces you to think on your toes.

What is the Fortnitemares Cup?
The Fortnitemares Cup is Fortnite's first PvE (player versus enemy) tournament. Historically, in every previous Fortnite tournament, individual opponents or teams competed against each other for the top prize.
You'll need a full squad of four players for the Fortnitemares Cup, and you can't fill it with single-player queue players. The format is Fortnite's pre-existing Horde Rush mode. Like other horde mods, it launches you at a random spot on the map and sends waves of increasingly aggressive cube monsters at you. After a few short laps, the storm circle you enter will begin to move across the map, requiring you to stay alert when it comes to steep hills and other obstacles.
You have five Horde Rush matches to score as many points as possible. Every 1.000 points you earn will earn you 1 tournament point. Your cumulative score will be converted to the appropriate number of tournament points and place you on the leaderboard.
Don't worry if your first team eats the soil too fast. You can team up with different teammates for another trial without penalty. Qualifying winners will only receive one prize, so don't think you can double the prizes.

Loading Screen – 500 tournament points
Feeling Wrathful Spray – 1000 tournament points

When is the Fortnitemares Cup?
The Fortnitemares Cup begins on October 23 at 05:00 UTC. It will expire on October 24 at 17:00 UTC.
Note that you also need to enable 2FA in Fortnite in order to compete.
