The remastered Grand Theft Auto games probably won't strain your computer.

Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – Definitive Edition system requirements have been revealed via the Rockstar Store, and things have come a long way since 2005 when GTA: San Andreas hit the PC. Visiting Los Santos at the time required only a GeForce 3 graphics card, but GeForce 6, released a year ago, was recommended to see all possible hairstyles from CJ in the most spectacular way. It also has 384MB of recommended 256MB of RAM and “the more the better!” You needed a parenthetical note that added

In the 2021 version, you'll need a GeForce GTX 970 or Radeon R570 760 with a GTX 9 or RX 280 recommended. These are still pretty low requirements. By comparison, Saints Row: The Third Remastered recommended GTX 1000 or better and Red Dead Redemption 2 recommended 1060. Oh, and you'll want 45GB of free space - no word on whether you'll be able to do that. Choose to install the three games separately, or if PC gamers will have to install the party as in Mass Effect Legendary Edition.

I'm waiting to find out if all the rights to the original soundtracks have been taken. If they're not, I'm sure there will be a mod to restore them, even if Take-Two has had a hard time dealing with modders.
