Horizon Resident Evil Village and more are coming to PlayStation VR2. Sony's latest State of Play showcase gave an insight into what games the PlayStation VR2 (PSVR2) set will support at launch. No price or release date has been shared for the VR set yet, but at least we know what kind of games we can expect. For what it's worth, Sony's VR set aims to launch with 20 "major" games. We've covered the games expected to come to PSVR2, including trailers.
Horizon call of the mountain
Guerilla Games showed off some combat and gameplay trailers for the upcoming PSVR2 exclusive, Horizon Call of the Mountain. Like the console game version, the new game has a lot of climbing and the visuals look stunning.
RESIDENT EVIL 8
Capcom will release a patch for Resident Evil Village that provides VR support on the PSVR2 headset. Similar to Resident Evil 7, PSVR2 will bring players the VR experience for Capcom's first-person horror adventure. Capcom hasn't shared an exact release date for its VR content.
RESIDENT EVIL 4 REMAKE
Capcom opened its latest State of Play showcase with Resident Evil 4 Remake footage. Although the game looks like a third-person adventure game, Sony has announced that PSVR2 content is in development.
NO MAN'S SKY
Hello Games will bring VR to the frequently updated space exploration game No Man's Sky. There is already a VR version already available for PSVR and PC owners to enjoy, and for PSVR2 it will likely be a new adaptation of pre-existing systems.
The Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners 2
No virtual reality set is complete without a zombie game. The Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners: Retribution is coming to PSVR2022 in 2. This game is definitely worth playing if you're someone who likes open world shooters with light inventory management and material gathering.
