While most Yakuza games have modern-day settings, Yakuza Like A Dragon: Ishin's story takes players back to the dwindling era of the samurai. The main character, Kazuma Kiryu, takes the role of Sakamoto Ryoma, a historical figure who played an important role in overthrowing the shogunate and ending samurai rule. Players can expect other familiar faces as well, as Goro Majima will also appear in Like a Dragon: Ishin along with some of Kiryu's other friends.

There are four fighting styles in Ishin, and players can both choose to use some weapons and Wild Dancer style blades. Going unarmed is also good, and the final fighting style allows you to use your bare fists effectively. Fighting mechanics will come in a variety of styles, from abilities similar to summoning a real tiger to aid you in battle. The game appears to be available for pre-order on Steam for $59,99. However, a price or pre-order stage has not yet been determined for players in the Turkish region.
