New Forza Horizon 5 Patch Released that will add major changes to the game. Forza Horizon 5's latest patch is a major patch that adds a game co-op story mode, a new event, and new Hot Wheels cars and cosmetics ahead of the July expansion's release.
The patch also fixes a number of in-game bugs.
The patch brings good news for those who like to play the game in multiplayer, it fixes a bug affecting 12 player convoy modes at the end of the update and also adds a 6 player co-op story mode. A new Forza EV Monthly Rivals event has also been added to the game.
Forza Horizon 5 has also begun adding Hot Wheels-themed content to the game ahead of the Hot Wheels expansion, due out on July 19.
The patch is said to be around 16GB on Xbox Series X and around 12GB on Xbox One.

- Fixed the issue where the hood and bumper cam were too dark at night
- In Series 9, the “It Just Works” Praise unlocks as intended after players complete the Car Mastery skill tree in a 1963 Volkswagen Beetle. Players who have already met this requirement prior to this update will need to select and drive the car to successfully unlock the Accolade.
- All players will now see their Creative Hub rankings increase as intended.

- Fixed an issue where players in a convoy could not see all other members of the convoy.

Event Lab
- Added Car Horns from Series 6 and 7 to EventLab
- Added Orbit Camera option
- Added gradual rotation
- Added new camera speed options
- Fixed an issue that caused players entering EventLab events with a full convoy to be disconnected.
- Fixed the stadium floor not loading when starting an event nearby.
- Fixed an issue that caused props to stay in Freeroam
- Fixed an issue with one of the flood lights appearing invisible when placed
