The holiday season may be coming to an end, but Prime Gaming is stepping in to offer League of Legends players yet another giveaway before the new year officially kicks off.
Amazon Prime subscribers can now pick up the January 2022 Prime Gaming pod from the Prime Gaming homepage. Like previous iterations of this capsule, 650 RP includes a 1.350 RP random permanent skin, 200 Orange Essence, five champion shards, a two-line Eternal shard, and a 30-day XP boost.
This is the third monthly pod offered as part of the new partnership between Riot Games and Prime Gaming, extending to other Riot titles such as VALORANT, Legends of Runeterra, and League of Legends: Wild Rift. Previously, Prime Gaming only offered LoL players a mysterious skin piece every few weeks. Now this has been changed to offer Amazon Prime members more rewards for being a part of the service.
This capsule can only be used by those with an active Amazon Prime subscription. Once you proceed to the main website, an option will appear for the League Prime Gaming pod. If your LoL account is linked to Prime Gaming, the “request now” button will place the pod in your in-game inventory. If not, you will be prompted to link both accounts and then be able to claim items to use in-game.
The January 2022 League Prime Gaming capsule and all its content will only be available to claim until the end of the month. The next capsule will be available at the end of January.
