It's time to get out of bed and grind for Call of Duty players! Season two is now live on Call of Duty: Vanguard and Warzone.
Both games are getting a lot of content behind the Armored War Machines theme today and a host of quality improvement updates to help fix the bugs, glitches and issues that have plagued games in the past weeks and months.
New features in Warzone include Nebula V gas munitions, redeployed balloons, portable decontamination stations to help with survivability in the circle, and bombers with armored ground vehicles. There are new points of interest on the map, such as the Chemistry Factory and Chemical Research Weapons Labs, complete with Axis soldiers patrolling new locations.
Major updates to Vanguard include two new maps, Casablanca, Gondola, and a few other additions to multiplayer. There's a new deadly grenade and a new kill streak available for free in the 100-tier battle pass that can be used in both games. Zombies is getting loads of new content, including a new map called Terra Maledicta.
Both games add new operators named Anna and Thomas, and two new weapons, the KG M40 assault rifle and Whitley submachine gun. Two more new weapons, the Armaguerra 43 submachine gun and the Ice Ax melee weapon, will be added throughout the season.
Season two is playable on both of the CoD games currently available on all platforms.
