Studios both big and small are turning to Unreal Engine 5, which is more system intensive than its predecessor and packed with some amazing lighting technologies. Luckily, Tekken 8 features on PC aren't too crazy despite the engine upgrade.

If you're not sure how your PC will perform with the game, check out Download the demo from Steam We strongly recommend it.

Tekken 8 Minimum System Requirements:

  • OS: Windows 10.
  • PROCESSOR: Intel Core i5-6600K or AMD Ryzen 5 1600.
  • RAM: 6 GB.
  • GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050Ti or AMD Radeon R9 380X.
  • Storage Area: 100 GB.

These are pretty low specs for a brand new game in 2024. If you game frequently on PC, there's a good chance you have a GPU newer than the 1050Ti by now. The real heavy lifting in Tekken 8's features is the 100 GB requirement. That's a lot of space to devote to a fighting game, but Mortal Kombat 1 requires the same amount of drive space.

Tekken 8 Recommended System Requirements:

  • OS: Windows 10.
  • PROCESSOR: Intel Core i7-7700K or AMD Ryzen 5 2600.
  • RAM: 16 GB.
  • GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 or AMD Radeon RX 4700 XT.
  • Storage Area: 100 GB.

Even the recommended specs for Tekken 8 are within reasonable limits for most PC gamers. Most modern gaming PCs, even if they are a few years old, should be able to run the game at minimum or recommended specs.

These are the current Tekken 8 system requirements and features. Since the game will be released on January 25, we won't have to wait much longer to see how it performs on most systems. But still, you can check out the demo on Steam to get a better idea.
