University simulation game Two Point Campus reached one million players in just two weeks. Publisher Sega says the game surpassed this feat even faster than its much-loved predecessor, Two Point Hospital.
Studio director Mark Webley said: “It was so exciting to create Two Point Campus, so we're delighted to see so many people enjoying the game as much as they do! We had high hopes that we were creating something fans would love, but the response exceeded all expectations! We want to send a big thank you to all the players who have shown their support by building their wild and wonderful campus. We look forward to seeing what more you create.” said.
Another studio director, Gary Carr, said, “We had high expectations to meet after the success of Two Point Hospital, so it feels particularly good to reach a million players faster than before. And that's just the beginning, just like we did at Hospital, we'll be continually supporting the Campus with lots of quality-of-life updates and other features, plus we have lots of exciting new ideas and plans for the future of Two Point Campus. We can't wait to share these with all the players soon!” he added.
Two Point Campus is out now on PC, PS4 and PS5, Switch, Xbox One and Xbox Series X. The game is also included in the Xbox Game Pass library. The studio's previous game, Two Point Hospital, is also currently on sale and SteamIt is waiting for you with a discount of up to 50%.
