If you're watching a player during a VALORANT game now you can copy the reticle directly. You don't even need to open the menu to do this: you just need to have a reticle profile dot.

During a match, make sure to watch the player whose reticle you are trying to copy, then click to import the reticle and save it as a new crosshair profile. “/crosshair copy” , “/cc" or a “/nk” in summer. Once this reticle is saved as a profile, you can open it in your settings page and make any additional adjustments you want, including new features like custom colors, individual vertical/horizontal line adjustments, and more.

Due to how spectator mode works, queued matches only give you the option to watch your teammates in rounds when you're dead. You can't copy code in game modes like Deathmatch or Escalation, where you don't have a chance to watch opponents or one of them.

You can still watch everyone in a special VALORANT game.
