After more than a year, VALORANT has finally added a new character to its roster of agents in the role of control specialist. An agent from India who has the potential to take control of the entire map. Harbor, was included in the list as the 21st agent.

Harbor's kit, like any control specialist, is geared towards blocking the enemy team's view, but he can also slow down members of the enemy team and use an ultimate that can clear a massive area and shake anyone caught there.

Have you just opened an agent contract or want to master the new agent's op skills and move up? Here is a comprehensive guide to playing Harbor in VALORANT.

VALORANT: Harbor's abilities

E – FLOOD – Harbor's unique signature ability allows him to create a wall of water using his legacy technology. Then you can create the wave along the ground, but the direction of the wave can be steered and moved by holding the left mouse button. If you press C again before the wall is fully formed, the wall will form as far as it will go. The ability has a 40 second cooldown, and players trying to pass through the wall are slowed down.

C- CAGLAYAN - His Waterfall ability will allow him to create a small wall of water that slows enemies when hit, similar to Flood. However, the Cascade can pass through walls and can be stopped during use.

Q – WAVEBREAKER – The agent's second ability, Breakwater, will give Harbor the ability to protect allies. Since the Smoke-like ability will block projectiles from enemies, the agent will use his water to protect his teammates. The Breakwater ability activates when it hits the ground. The ability can be cast both suddenly and regularly. With this ability, Valorant feels like it's heard the voices of the players. We now have an anti-agent for team compositions created for the post-plant.

X – BOILING POINT – The agent's ultimate ability will allow the agent to equip the full power of the ancient item. The Boiling Point allows Harbor to create a large pool of geysers, and enemies caught in these waves, which come with small circles of water, are stunned by successive jolts.

Flood talent is your best friend

Harbor's waterwall ability (Flood) is extremely valuable for closing entry points. Depending on how tall the wall could potentially be, a Harbor player can wall off multiple entry points in an area with a single wall, and your control over how the wall is placed also allows you to restrict access to popular hideouts.

Not only does the wall cover a good distance, players can fire the ability through walls like the Viper curtain and see the way through the minimap. The ability is an excellent deterrent against enemy players with its duration and ability to slow.

You cannot hide in DALGAKIRAN forever

At first glance, Breakwater looks like a broken skill (imagine an Omen smoke made of water, but it blocks bullets). But it's not as impenetrable and broken as you might think.

The shield that blocks the bullets in the Breakwater can be destroyed, and as soon as this shield is broken, the bullets can pass. It also disappears within a second after the Breakwater is broken. Here are some stats you need to know about talent:

  • An unbroken Breakwater ability lasts for 15 seconds.
  • A Breakwater can block 13 Vandal or Phantom projectiles before dissipating.

Harbor's ultimate ability, Boiling Point, is essential for retakes and killing the enemy.

While Harbor's ultimate doesn't have realm clearing potential like the ultimates used by Brimstone or Killjoy, it's a very useful tool for retakes or clearing areas that will slay enemies in hiding.

The ability creates large waves that can shake enemies, forcing enemy players to come out of hiding. This puts your opponents at risk of leaving the area or being killed during the concussion. Each blast only shakes an enemy for a few seconds, but his ultimate ability can hit anyone within his radius with three bursts in a row.

VALORANT players will be able to try out the new agent Harbor and all of his abilities when it hits live servers on October 18.
