The Nacon Connect presentation ended with a teaser for an upcoming Terminator game. The brief teaser showed a dangerous T-800 Terminator skeleton with Nacon Studio Milan's logo.

The Untitled Terminator game will be a post-apocalyptic survival game set between the events of Terminator 2 and the formation of John Connor's resistance movement. The game will be inspired by the events depicted in the movie series but will have its own original story.

Nacom Studio Milan previously worked on Rims Racer and has now announced a project with post-apocalyptic concept art set in the Terminator universe. The Terminator game is coming to PC and other as yet undisclosed consoles. As for the release date, it could be a long wait because the announcement is also said to come in the "distant future".

If you're not familiar with the Terminator's story, a cyborg sent from a post-apocalyptic future where machines are at war with humanity is sent to kill the head of the future resistance, John Connor, while still a normal human being (a child). Cyborg (The Terminator) is known in most movies for traveling back in time to kill the young John Connor in the past, because in the future old John Connor is very good at hunting these terminators. But another bad news for robots: Connor's mother Sarah is also very good at fighting robots. So they won't be very successful in hunting John Connor.

Although Terminator is a major movie franchise, it has had little success in video games. A few films have been adapted into the gaming world in various ways, and others have stepped outside of specific movie links to draw more general inspiration from the source material. The latest Terminator game received mixed reviews on Metacritic.
