Into the Breach is coming to mobile devices via Netflix. Developer Subset Games announced on Thursday that Into the Breach, the sci-fi turn-based strategy game from the makers of FTL: Faster Than Light, will be available on iOS and Android as part of a Netflix subscription starting July 19.
Since the end of last year, Netflix has brought a number of mobile games to its service that subscribers can play for free. The company continues to add new games to the game category constantly. For example, at its Geeked Week event earlier this month, Netflix announced that a number of indie games would be added to its mobile service, including a new game to the Spiritfarer and Reigns series.
The iOS and Android version of Into the Breach will feature a "revisited and redesigned" touchscreen interface, according to Subset Games. There will also be no ads and microtransactions in the game. It will have the same content as versions on other platforms, including new Enhanced Edition additions that will be available on July 19.
Netflix has also released a Netflix exclusive version of the popular card game Exploding Kittens, which it plans to turn into an animated series in 2023.
