Goodbye, invisible Francis.
A new update has been released in Call of Duty: Warzone that fixes some annoying bugs that have plagued the game for several weeks.
After a recent update, many players noticed that the "Awakened" look for the new season is resting on an operator known as Francis. At a distance of about 50 meters or more, the skin becomes invisible. Awakened, Francis soon took over the Caldera.
This update finally fixes this bug, so players can now return to using different operator skins, including dozens of other skins included in the game from both Modern Warfare and Black Ops Cold War.
What makes the resting Francis skin condition worse is that he is only available at level 100 in season one, causing many players to cry that this is a “pay-to-win” bug, given that many players have purchased battle pass tiers once. They realized that this was an advantage.
"We're excited to be back in business," said Raven Software, Warzone's main developer. “Here is the first of many updates we've been working on in the coming weeks. Look for more updates soon and keep getting feedback!”
The update includes some other minor fixes, including “collision issues with various elements that allow players to exploit/browse/shoot them across the Caldera” and a bug that caused “every reload drops to spawn in the same XY coordinates”.
