Riot Games' League of Legends Netflix series “Arcane” has been nominated for nine Annie Awards by ASIFA-Hollywood. The MOBA-inspired show has been nominated for multiple TV/Media awards and is on the same list as the animated series "Invincible", "Tuca & Bertie" and "Star Wars: Visions".
The Annie Awards also include feature films and other animation categories.

Awards are given mainly to animation, show art and stories brought to life by the French company Fortiche Productions. The awards primarily focus on individual episodes within the series, as the show's final two episodes represent the writing, directing and FX categories.
The awards ceremony is scheduled to begin February 26 at Royce Hall at the University of California, Los Angeles.
“Arcane” has reached beyond the League of Legends community. The show aired over three weekends and hit #1 on Netflix twice.
Season two of “Arcane” is currently in production as Riot Games plans to do multiple seasons with Netflix.
