If you're going to attend the upcoming PUBG Mobile Club Open (PMCO) Spring Split 2022, you'll need to download an additional app to play, according to an official tweet today.
GameAC Anti-cheat detects cheaters and prevents players from teaming up. Since cheaters are a big problem in the mobile battle royale game, this anti-cheat is crucial to ensure PMCO is run in the fairest way possible. It can be downloaded from Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
It is known that there are a lot of hackers in PUBG Mobile. Tencent publishes a weekly Ban Pan report showing how big this problem is. The latest report, which includes data from March 25-31, revealed that 491.762 accounts were banned from PUBG Mobile due to cheating. GameAC Anti-cheat will endeavor to ensure that cheaters do not affect public esports competition.
Spring semester registrations for PMCO 2022 continue until April 13. According to Tencent, PMCO is divided into six regions and covers 170 countries worldwide. Professional players can register for the tournament to have a chance to rise to the more prestigious leagues of PUBG Mobile.
The best teams of the spring season will earn a spot in the PUBG Mobile National Championships (PMNC) and PMNC Regional Cups. The best from here will qualify for the Pro Leagues (PMPL) in 2023.
