Riot has delayed LoL Patch 13.10 in all regions. Many League of Legends players are looking forward to one of the biggest updates to the game this year with Patch 13.10, given all the information Riot Games has made public about the patch. However, according to Riot's statement today, these people will have to wait a little longer for extensive changes, as developers encounter an unexpected delay.
As a result, Riot has delayed LoL Patch 13.10 in all regions. Instead of airing on Wednesday, May 17, it will be released on May 18, about a day later than usual. The reason for the delay was not specified by the developers, but with so many different changes implemented in a single patch, the problems that could arise can be anticipated.
In this upcoming mid-season update, Riot has addressed several different problem areas in the game, including item options for several roles, as well as some new Snow Bear cosmetics for the early game, ARAM, and Ahri, Morgana, and Varus. There will also be a Mythic Shop rotation, so all players who are after a certain prestige skin should take a look.
Marksmen are getting major changes to item paths and options, some items are shifted to a different level, for example Navori Quickblades and Infinity Edge become Mythic options instead of Immortal Shieldbow and Kraken Slayer. Also, a popular item made a comeback, with Statikk Shiv returning as a Legendary item.

Support players also get more options in the shop; The new Mythic, Echoes of Helia, grants mages more damage and healing thanks to the item's unique Soul Siphon passive. While the item is being built with a new component called Chalice of Blessing, a new tank support item is introduced as a component for Knight's Vow.
Finally, assassin players get some power shifts in their build; Youmuu's Ghostblade and Draktharr's Duskblade are getting terrifying new passives. The former now has an explosion-like passive with Haunt, while the latter causes the user to become untargetable after a takedown.
If everything goes as planned, The 13.10 League Patch will be released on Thursday, May 18.
