Fake Bit events, which have been on the agenda on Twitch and Twitter lately, are growing and finally, the Department of Combating Cybercrime has taken a hand in the event. Some broadcasters and lawmakers made their voices heard on Twitter with the hashtag #TemizTwitch to investigate the incidents. It seems that this call was successful and now the case has gained a different dimension by being transferred to the Department of Combating Cybercrime.
It has been announced that the Department of Anti-Cybercrime will launch an investigation into the bitcoin scandal on Twitch, as well as illegal betting sites and publishers advertising gambling games.
Within the scope of the investigation, the partners of companies that carry out similar businesses in Turkey without a license, including CS:GO case opening sites, will be investigated.
