There's an Invincibility Gap in the Diablo 4 PvP Region. Diablo 4 players (via GamesRadar) are reporting a bug that allows characters to become invincible in player versus player zones and ignore all damage from both monsters and other players. While PvP isn't the dominant way to play Diablo 4, for those who enjoy it, it's as frustrating as the bugs.
The bug is easy to replicate, allowing almost anyone to exploit it by simply standing in a certain spot and using a specific set of abilities and a scroll – it can be done with any class as well.
The bug was first found last week and reported on Blizzard's forums, along with how to easily replicate the bug. “Even without considering that PvP is end-game content, this is a very serious and critical bug that ruins the gameplay,” the poster said.
As of press time, there are numerous reports on social media of undefeated players trolling others and being toxic or just causing trouble. More than a few people seem happy to use their invincible status to collect gold and items in PvP zones without worrying about any retaliation from NPCs or other players.
There is no official response from Blizzard yet.
