Resident Evil 2
When it comes to the best zombie games, the first thing that comes to mind is the Resident Evil games. We probably don't know how popular the series is. With its spooky and suspenseful nature, it may be responsible for zombie game lovers for more than 20 years.
Many of the games in the series (including Resident Evil Remake and Resident Evil 3) have had their nails done amongst the best and scariest games in the horror category. While the other games in the series aren't exactly "zombie" games, they're still excellent. However, the remastered Resident Evil 2 seems to overshadow the other games in the series. It puts you right in the middle of a city devastated by hordes of zombies, and while dozens of creatures compete with each other to scare you, enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of Raccoon City with shuffling and starving creatures in the enchanting atmosphere of Raccoon City.
Call of Duty: Black Ops - Cold War
Over the years, Call of Duty has added fun and fascinating additions to its repertoire with various refreshes in the "zombie" mode. While Black Ops – Cold War's Zombies mode is the latest, each of the games offered their own unique spin on creative mode. Players must fend off increasingly fierce waves of zombies and earn money from the creatures they kill to buy better weapons. However, this is only the beginning level. Your main goal is to collect cash so you can overcome the increasingly challenging obstacles of each Zombies map, where you'll fight to solve puzzles and figure out how to get further. The entire mod allows you to progress by understanding the map thanks to your own research and exploration, without giving you a clue as to what to do. Add to that Zombies' passion to bring together famous actors and big names in Hollywood (Night of The Living Dead director George A. Romero, for example) and create your own playground that will be completely different from any other zombie game out there.
DayZ
We continue our list of the best zombie games with DayZ, which started its life as a mod. It's a game where you will really get enough of the "survival" skill of fear. DayZ is a game that drops you on an island full of zombies and lets you find everything you need to survive there. While computer-controlled undeads will cause you big trouble, your main concern will be if you encounter other player-controlled survivors. They may choose to help you or they may try to kill you and take everything you have. Not knowing what to expect is part of DayZ's appeal, and it made such a strong impression that it pioneered the emergence of other survival games and later Battle Royale titles.
The Last of Us Series
The Last of Us is about a world overrun by "infected" humans. Although they are not exactly zombies, they cannot use their minds due to some kind of fungus growing in their brains, which turns them into killing machines. The game is basically a zombie apocalypse scenario. What makes The Last of Us special are its well-drawn characters and the realism and intensity brought by the setting. It is quite difficult to make a choice between the two games of the series. In both games, developer Naughty Dog has created a story that makes you feel the presence of other people who are stuck in a seemingly impossible difficult situation. Both games are incredibly emotional and immerse you in gruesome and difficult battles for survival.
Dead Rising 2
The Dead Rising games take the opposite approach to games like The Last of Us, Resident Evil 2 and The Walking Dead. This game also takes you to places infested with zombies, but the atmosphere is a bit aggressive and there are funny costumes as well. The game is mostly about walking through the crowd and creatively overcoming mindless (zombie) obstacles.
You also find ridiculously fun ways to do them. Dead Rising 2 lets you craft ridiculous weapons for smashing zombies, inflicting electric shocks, detonating them, and any other destruction technique you can think of, while also presenting a huge world with lots of characters you can find and rescue. At the end of the world, who doesn't want to have some fun and kill zombies ridiculously?
Left 4 Dead Seriessi
Developer Turtle Rock Studios used a zombie apocalypse scenario to describe a subset of multiplayer games. It puts you both in the role of a group of "survivors" fighting in the crowd, and special "zombies" that can devastate poor people. The most important part of Left 4 Dead 2 is teamwork. Whether it's the human team destroying the infected enemies or the zombies themselves trying to keep people away from each other or even turn them against each other, you will see the importance of teamwork in both types as you play.

Dying Light
Dying Light drops you on an island filled with the undead and presents you with a world where you race between half-destroyed buildings and abandoned vehicles.
While running around the island working with different groups or trying to save the survivors, you should also not forget about the many missions you have to complete. But the best part of the game will undoubtedly be the chaos and truly terrifying zombies that you will encounter as night falls.
Telltale's The Walking Dead Season 1
The Walking Dead is a game that emerged after it became a television phenomenon. Another story and narrative heavy adventure game where the zombie apocalypse unfolds all over the country. The bond forged between Lee, an ex-convict, and the little girl Clementine, whom Lee ardently protects, and the often terrifying choices the game will make to players as they fight to survive at the end of the world, have made The Walking Dead a classic.
State of Decay
It immerses you in a huge world filled with zombies and tough choices, offering a choice of risk or reward for survival. Fighting in the crowd makes no sense. What is the best way to reach your goal? How can you escape from zombies to keep yourself safe? As you meet more characters and add them to your bloodline in life, you can handle your problems in different ways and control them as you see fit. Each character has their own stats and abilities, requiring you to strengthen them through battle.
Zombi
It sends you to a zombie-infested London where you fight for survival. However, every time you die, the character you control completely disappears with all of his items. You'll need to find your past character's corpse to recover your old gear, while all the progress you've made previously continues. You may also have to fight your old body as a zombie.

plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2
Plants vs. Zombies lets players use a variety of fun and silly plants as weapons to fend off brain-eating enemies. Here's a game with great content, packed with multiplayer shooter options that give a different dimension to the idea of fighting zombies and having a weird green thumb. Highly recommended.
