In addition to strengthening and weakening illaoi ve color with this patch, some of their abilities were changed and there were champions that were balanced.
In addition to champions, some in-game items with lifesteal effects have also been adjusted
Things
With the launch of majestic items last year, many more effective survival item options have been added, especially in the early stages. We think survivability is essential for majestic items, but these options are currently overpowering compared to their gold cost.
To make the pros and cons between survivability and strength more significant, we're tweaking some lifesteal options to better reflect their gold cost. That way, you'll see less of these champions who get more than one of these items and tank up with life-stealing, and you'll see less of trades that end quickly thanks to survivability. Lastly, we didn't include the fighter item system in this list because we made these changes recently and did a pretty good job of keeping the balance between survivability and strength.
runes
On the runes side, the Greedy Hunter rune has been removed and replaced with a new rune called Treasure Hunter. The Quick-Foot rune received a minor debuff, while the Legend: Blood rune has been adjusted.
Fixed Bugs and Quality of Life Changes
- UPDATEDFixed Janna – W Bug (Weaning): Janna's W - Meltem Fixed a bug where his ability's range was edge-to-edge. The ability is now cast from center to center and the range indicator has also been fixed (Note: This issue had a huge impact on Janna's win rates at 12.5% so you can see the fix as a kind of debuff).
- by Tahm Kench R – Raw his teammate Senna, whom he swallowed with his talent, E - Curse of the Black Mist Fixed a bug that caused both champions to go out of view if they were inside the enemy's zone.
- Lux's non-damaging or crowd-controlling E - Burst of Light Fixed a bug where her shot would trigger spell shields on all enemies she pierced.
- Fixed a bug where a totem placed on top of a totem would randomly start to dance.
