Summoners, are you ready to choose a side between order and chaos once again?
Riot Games will give you this option with a brand new set of League of Legends skins. Morgana and upcoming champion Vex join the Dawnbringers, Tryndamere and Lillia join the Nightbringers, and both Kayn and Yone stand somewhere in between.
The developers also released a quick trailer with half of the screen in blue and the other half in red for most of the video. In just 40 seconds, both Yone and Kayn showcase their new designs in the rush of battle. However, the rest of the champions featured in this new drop were nowhere to be found.
Morgana appears on the far left, dressed in Dawn's recognizable shades of blue and white, with a gold tiara and angel wings to clearly show which side she has chosen. The next champion of the league, Vex, surprisingly joined the Dawn side as well. An unusual side for Gloomist, who has been known as the defender of all things bad and dreary since he appeared at the Sentinels of Light event.
But there is another equally jarring contrast that joins the side of chaos. The normally cheerful Lillia joined Night with Tryndamere and they feature a dark, somber red and black color scheme. His glowing crimson eyes and horns were a dramatic change from his usual soft, calm colors and demeanor.
Yone and Kayn are the most interesting champions to be included in the skin line, as they may both be walking the line between chaos and order. For Shadow Reaper, the side he chooses seems to depend on the form he decides to take in the game, with the Darkin form joining Dawn and the Shadow Assassin form sending him to Night.
Yone, on the other hand, has two swords that look like they came from both sides of the battle. In the teaser video, one half of its wings are orange and red, and the other side is blue. Inside Unforgettable, there may be a chance to have aspects of both sides, at least in terms of lore. Either way, these two champions seem to be the big focus for this upcoming event and universe right now, and they'll look great in Summoner's Rift whenever they're available in the League.
