Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 players can say goodbye to party bugs as developer Infinity Ward has released an update that addresses the pesky party bug that caused the game to crash.
Modern Warfare 2 is finally out, and fans around the world are eager to unlock new weapons, camouflages and add-ons. Playing with friends makes the game a lot more fun, but fans experienced an annoying bug that caused their game to crash while partying with others. This prevented players from playing multiple games with their friends and reduced the overall experience for hundreds. Fortunately, Infinity Ward released an update this morning to help fix the issue.
The developers confirmed last night that they will be implementing a “fix for party-related crashes” this morning and will fix the issue players are experiencing. The update is now live on all platforms and players can seamlessly play the game with their friends.
While gamers appreciate the update, many still believe that many features should be added to Modern Warfare 2. Many players who purchase the Modern Warfare 2 Vault Edition are missing out on exclusive content, making it frustrating for those spending the extra cash. Some key features like Barracks and Hardcore playlists still need to be added, making many wonder if Activision will add them in the coming days.
However, the game only came out a few days ago, so it may take a while for the things you want to arrive as Infinity Ward continues to roll out updates.
