The only way to collect Beautiful Flowers is to kill Pals that have a chance of dropping them. Among the options, I see Ribbons as an easy and quick method for Beautiful Flowers. They are low level (usually around Level 5) and tend to cluster together. My biggest issue when fighting them is their tendency to run away, so having ranged weapons helps a lot. - Mind Control Meds
