According to the TFT Patch 11.18 preview yesterday, there will be few changes for the next Teamfight Tactics patch, with most of them aimed at balancing Radiant items.
Riot has announced all the major changes in the upcoming patch, previewing buffs for the Radiant items Iron Solarin's Brooch and Sattikk Dagger, as well as nerfs to the Radiant item Bloodthirsty and champions Jax and Volibear. Together Ivern and Volibear are without a doubt the best front line in the game, even making the defensive features of Knight, Ironclad and Mystic not worth playing. Ivern is also getting a fix in the next patch and Ivern will definitely not get a buff.
Buffs: Brooch of Iron Solarin, Statikk Dagger
Nerfs: Bloodthirsty, Jax, Volibear
Corrected: ivern
According to lead TFT developer Mortdog, the Iron Solarin's Brooch and Statikk Dagger, two Radiant items and two items rarely chosen by players, are receiving buffs for the patch. Statikk Dagger has been meta in previous sets and Riot Games may issue a patch revolving around this item in the near future due to the recent power boost.
Compositions revolving around AD carrylers were a bit too strong in patch 11.17 thanks to Bloodthirst and his shield, allowing typical fragile champions like Aphelios to dodge massive bursts of damage even when weak. This nerf aims to align the item with other Radiant items.
