1v1 Arena Game Mode Coming to VALORANT! ValueLeaks According to a tweet by VALORANT, the highly requested one-on-one game mode may be added to VALORANT in the future.
According to the leak, the game mode is "currently in development" and will likely last 10 or 13 rounds, meaning players will need six or seven points to win a game.
It's unclear how this mod will work. Similar to deathmatch, developers can choose to disable abilities to focus on players' aiming skills. Also, the 1v1 mode can be played within certain sections of the existing maps or have their own custom maps. We expect details about the mod's release and maps to become clear in the coming patches.
1v1 mods are often requested by players of shooter games.
Since its launch, Riot has added many different limited game modes in VALORANT, such as Spike Rush, Deathmatch, and Snowball Fight. Since the 1v1 Arena game mode is a popular request from players, it is certain that Riot will add the 1v1 mode to the game in the near future.
This game mode is only in development, according to the leak, so it may be subject to changes. Also, it may never come to play. It all depends on the results of the preliminary tests in the development team.
