ISSA parted ways with Eternal Fire, with the news the team announced today.
The 24-year-old player left the CS:GO project just two months after it was founded. The team was aiming high, as superstars like ISSAA, woxic, and XANTARES were used to being successful. However, the lack of satisfactory results seems to need a change in lineup.
But bad results weren't the only factor in the ISSAA's downgrade, according to the organization. Eternal Fire's statement said, "We decided to part ways because he could not adapt to Turkey and decided to return to his own country." “Thanks for your hard work. Good luck in your career.”
The team has participated in many tournaments since it was founded in early August. They started off with little success by winning the ESA Esports Supremes 2021, an event attended only by Turkish teams. Afterwards, Eternal Fire didn't have much success, finishing multiple tournaments and qualifying outside the top four, or failing to progress to the main stages of events.
The future of ISSAA remains uncertain, he said on Twitter. He has shown that he can compete in international teams as he has been part of OG for 18 months. However, it is not known whether he is looking for new opportunities in English-speaking cadres.
