As the official announcement for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 gets closer, more insider leaks keep coming. A recent leak for the game claims that an alpha test will arrive at the end of the summer, followed by a full-fledged beta test. However, these leaks say that MW2 will have tradeable skins and a market to sell and buy them.

According to TheGhostofHope, the DMZ will allow players to browse a marketplace where they can buy and sell skins earned from the mod. It's unclear exactly how players will earn the skins they receive, but insiders report that they can be used in multiplayer modes and in Warzone 2.
To address some concerns, TheGhostofHope said these overlays are not considered NFT. These are skins that players can earn by playing the so-called DMZ. Players can then choose to keep these skins or sell them on the costume market.
No information has yet been released on how players can purchase the content from the marketplace. There is also no information on when exactly this will start. More insider information will emerge in the near future, especially after the official MW2 announcement in early June.
