There are lots of collectibles and points of interest in Alan Wake 2. One in particular requires you to pay attention to your surroundings when you enter homes and buildings. To round out the tally, our guide covers Alan Wake 2 Taxidermy Stag Head items you might love while playing as Saga Anderson.
Taxidermy Stag Head locations in Alan Wake 2
We've organized our Alan Wake 2 Taxidermy Staghead guide into several sections relating to each of the main regions you visit in the Saga's arc. We also numbered them according to when we saw them during our game. Likewise, remember that you can control Saga's Mind Space to "talk" to the wall-mounted deer. You may hear a response like “Eight left” and find out how many are left.
Cauldron Lake Stag Heads
There are three Stag Heads in Cauldron Lake. The first two are available fairly early in the campaign, but the last one requires you to spend more hours progressing.

- Episode After Return 5 – Old Gods
- Location: Rental Cabins – You can only enter the Rental Cabins if you have the Bolt Cutters, which you get towards the end of the Old Gods chapter. After defeating your enemy, enter Cabin #6 to collect your rewards and check out the mounted deer.
