How to Play Lords of the Fallen CO-OP? FromSoftware has set an interesting standard for many souls-likes in how it handles multiplayer. In almost all games that support co-op, the mechanics are never as simple as most games where you have to invite a friend or choose an option from a menu. Just like the story, souls-likes like to make these mechanics a bit esoteric, but what about the new Lords of the Fallen? We already know that this game has both co-op and PvP features, but will it make participating in these events a chore like the inspirations? Here's how to play co-op in Lords of the Fallen.
How to Play CO-OP?
The only requirement to enter CO-OP with your friends is to reach your first Vestige, which are the checkpoints of Lords of the Fallen.
My name is 1: Interact with a relic.
My name is 2: Select Multiplayer at the bottom of the list.
My name is 3: You will be given four options: * Summon Lampbearer * Summon Friend * Escort Lampbearer * Slay Lampbearer
My name is 4: The first allows a random player to drop into your world to help you, the second is to invite a friend, the third is to join another random player as a helper, and the last one is for PvP.
My name is 5: Select any of the first three to start a collaboration session. No need for obscure items or rituals!
Note that you can only partner with one additional player, and they will only stay until the end of an area or after defeating a boss before you need to summon them again. If an ally falls, you can revive them by visiting a Vestige.
